DEVIN has proven to be a great place to work!
In 2020, “Devin” conducted an internal study under the Great Place to Work® standard – an international certification organization for the assessment of corporate culture. The Great Place to Work® Institute conducts research and audits, recognizing the leading “Great Places to Work” in over 50 countries worldwide. Only companies with a trust index above 70% can apply for the prestigious award.
All Devin employees were invited to provide feedback via an online questionnaire in the following areas:
- level of trust in the company’s management;
- communication with employees;
- practices in retaining and hiring new employees;
- staff training and development;
- equality in the company;
- employee well-being.
The results of the survey officially granted Devin the highest recognition for a great place to work – Great Place to Work®, making us the first company from the FMCG sector in Bulgaria to receive the prestigious certificate.
