HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT)
Main responsibilities of the position:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The person on this position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. Communicating needs proactively with the rest of the HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
– Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate;
– Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies;
– Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues;
– Maintains in-depth knowledge legal requirement related to day-do-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
– Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management;
– Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
– Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;
– Provides guidance and input on business units and individuals. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Provides consultation and support to leaders and members in the areas of development and training;
– Recruitment, on-boarding, employee termination and off-boarding;
– HR Administration and reporting;
– Remuneration and benefits – implementation of systems and procedures;
– Payroll administration – communication with outsourcing agency, data maintenance, controlling and analysis of payroll payments;
Competencies:
– University Degree in HR Management, Economics, Psychology or similar;
– Similar related experience – at least 3 years of previous professional experience in the fields of HR;
– Understanding of best practices in HR;
– Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams); Successes Factors – is an advantage:
– Excellent English – written and spoken;
– Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
– Driver license and driving experience;
