We invite you to become part of our team on the position: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER

Main responsibilities of the position:

  • Refine and implement Digital transformation project within marketing department
  • Finalize 5 years budget, implementation time table and KPIs for digital transformation project
  • Design and content improvement of owned media (website, facebook, Linkedin) as well as creation of  non existing media (Instagram)
  • Identify opportunities to merge marketing DT program with other company systems to generate more value to consumers and company (sales system, finance system)
  • Coordinate and influence DT partners (creative agency, media agency, operating system company) to ensure effective and efficient consumer data base collection and CRM strategy implementation (consumer journeys, touchpoints, content development)
  • Digital transformation strategy development and implementation
  • Digital transformation project with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify digital opportunities, gain approval and include them in digital transformation project
  • Manage Data base collection, storage and processing in line with GDPR
  • Digital transformation project development and implementation
  • Data base collection, storage and processing
  • Company’s owned media management and KPIs
  • Digital transformation budget in line with approved
  • Digital transformation project KPIs in line with agreed

Key competencies:

  • Very strong understanding of digital and technology trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to convey complex or technical information simply and clearly.
  • Experience of building relationships with, engaging, and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understand media and inside digital planning tools, media/digital buying, SEO and budget optimization, KPIs in digital world
  • Understanding and usage of marketing tools, reports and KPIs including research
  • Project management (ability to work independently and engage different stakeholders to deliver project with quality and on time)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word), Word press and preferably Sales force
  • Excellent English – written and spoken
  • FMCG or similar related experience
